Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered. If 60 days lapse without any response, the goods are warehoused and disposed of.
At Military 1st we hope you would be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to make a return. We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt, as long as, they are in a resellable condition with all packaging and labels intact. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy.
There is no need to email us when sending us a return. Alternatively, it can be shipped back via a service of your choice. Please return the items using the pre-printed returns label attached. Please note that using this service you will need to pay postage costs of returning your item.
Simply visit our Returns Portal to create a return label and to find your nearest return location. You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Please pack your items securely and fill in the form on the dispatch note indicating the items you are returning, choose the appropriate option and enclose it in your parcel.
Please keep a record of your order number that is stated on the dispatch note as it will be required to create a return through the returns portal.

We were not sure how they would take to this, but it turns out they enjoy the competition just like sis and have acquired amazing agility and body control by being participants at Xcel They too have shown amazing growth going from not ever competing to solid level 3 all-star athletes and working on Level 5 Skills as well! This sport can be misunderstood by many- it is extremely difficult, highly critical, and can be taken very personal.
The staff at Xcel are professional and encouraging in so many ways, life is not always perfect but they see when things get stressful and take the time help people as much as they help build athletes. As a parent I cannot put into words all that Xcel has done for our family, we cannot get enough of this place. The kids are involved in the All-star cheer leading, open gym on Fridays, spring break camps, summer camps, parkour programs, it is just too much fun for them.
Believe it or not that is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of what Xcel has to offer for others both young and old. Xcel is always trying to find new ways to meet the needs and interest of the families in its community. Just this year alone they have expanded into new areas offering crossfit, karate, private training for adults and who knows what is next.
I am proud to say that our family is always trying to xcel and not only has Xcel done that for our children but as a family unit we have xcelled also. Thanks for building character in our kids, giving them a drive for perfection, developing competitive athletes, and helping us stay united as a family.
It got me thinking about just how far our girls have come since we first moved to Florida about a year and half ago. When Emma joined her cheer team last summer we had only been in Florida for a little over 6 months.
Emma was so excited to join but was also very nervous too. The first month of practices, she would cry on our way to the gym. She wanted so badly to cheer but was so nervous too.
