The pellets themselves burn great but the packaging has been the worst. I have burned 40 bags of pellets so far this year and 19 of the bags opened at the seal. What a mess. I will have to think very hard about going back to these next year. Somerset I would definitely investigate your packaging! Yes 5 No 2. Yes 6 No 2.
